This is a full-time role for a Junior Sales Supervisor – FMCG at Lovegrass Ethiopia. The role requires on-site presence in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Role Descriptions:

– The Junior Sales Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with supervising a sales team.

– You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the achievement of sales targets for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

– Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 2 – 3 years of FMCG sales supervisor experience.

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

– Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

– Familiarity in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

– Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.
