Essential Function
- Plan and implement training programs
- Updating the bank’s training curriculum to support critical employee competency development;
- Prepare the yearly training plan of the bank to support competency development initiatives across employee categories;
- Analyzing training delivery and effectiveness using specified metrics;
- Implement all training programs
Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior Learning and Development Officer or related experience.
