Essential Function

  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Updating the bank’s training curriculum to support critical employee competency development;
  • Prepare the yearly training plan of the bank to support competency development initiatives across employee categories;
  • Analyzing training delivery and effectiveness using specified metrics;
  •  Implement all training programs

Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience

  • 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior Learning and Development Officer or related experience.
