The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and marketing background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide a growing team, develop effective sales strategies, and maintain high-performance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze team performance using KPIs and sales reporting tools.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on both client acquisition and retention.

• Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and prepare reports for management.

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

• Participate in pricing discussions, client negotiations, and corporate presentations.

• Identify business growth opportunities and propose market expansion strategies.

• Lead brand development activities to build a strong and consistent company image.

• Coordinate showroom, promotional, and customer engagement activities when required.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

• Experience in the furniture industry, manufacturing sector, or merchandise business is highly preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven ability to lead sales and marketing teams effectively.

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

• Good experience in sales reporting and performance analysis.

• Excellent command of English and Amharic, both written and spoken.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing tools.

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
