About the Job

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across all regions. This is a key leadership role, responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

They may manage multiple sales managers or teams and set targets to measure firm Performance. National sales managers build lasting relationships with key clients, providing long-term profitability for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor regional sales teams to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all sales activities.
  • Oversee the sales strategy and drives revenue growth across the organization
  • Highlight achievements in sales performance, Leadership experience, successful market expansion.
  • Analytical thinking and sales management team
About You

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and team management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly team performance monitoring and feedback to ensure timely remedial measures are taken in line with the HR set guidelines,
  • Identify, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities through various channels,
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and optimizing channel sales performance,
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, channel partners, and other departments to drive growth,
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress, and market intelligence to line-manager.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least Six years’ experience in sales Management , or more depending on the position
  • Sales Track record : A proven record of success in sales, including achieving sales target
