Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing parts orders, and supporting telesales activities for small and medium customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Process parts orders and invoices
- Maintain CRM and sales records
- Follow-up on leads and lost sales
Requirements
- Engineering or Business degree
- 1–3 years of customer service/sales experience
