Positive Action for Development (PAD) is an Ethiopian Residents, non-governmental organization, would like to hire qualified professionals for its Service for Street Children [Urban Destitute Support (UDS)] project funded by the World Bank through Minister of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA).
Job Requirements
Qualification: First Degree on Management, Public Administration, Sociology and related fields
Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in managing projects and experience of working in NGO sector. Experience of managing center-based service provision will have given a better priority.

Additional requirements:
- World Bank-funded program and or Social development Programs experience is advantageous.
- Exposure of working in street children.
- Exposure of working in Urban Productive Safety Net Project (UPSNP)
- Microsoft office skills (excel, outlook, power point and word)
Requirement: able to bring recommendation letter from his/her current organization or lastly departed organization.
