Job Summary
Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated quality officer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Health Officer (HO) with 1-year and above work Experience. Previous experience, particularly in healthcare settings, will be an added advantage.”
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
- Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related reports, records, and documentation.
- Investigate customer complaints and quality-related incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their implementation.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Conduct quality awareness and training activities for employees where required.
- Monitor processes and performance indicators to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
- Work closely with different departments to resolve quality problems and improve processes.

About You
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Health Officer (HO)
- 01 and above year of relevant work Experience
