Job Description

Meets/exceeds the annual sales volumes and growth plans set for the Active Distributor (AD).

  • Manages a team of retail sales representative (RSR)/whole sales representative (WSR) to optimize the performance in their assigned territory.
  • Works closely with the Active Distributor in key areas of operation: stock & order management, demand forecasting, credit management, operational ROI, sales team KPIs.
  • Develops productive relationships with key retailers and wholesalers in the area to support the AD’s business.
  • Develop the capability of each RSR/WSR through regular on-the-job coaching and minimize regrettable attrition.
  • Monitors competitor activity in the territory and report back any key findings to the Regional Account Manager as soon as possible.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years and above  experience in developing distributors in FMCG environment with minimum 3 years senior level position.
  • BA degree in Sales and Marketing, economics or any other related fields.
