Objective the call for EOI:

The objective of this call for EOI is to look for an eligible, qualified, and competent locally established Civil Society Organization (CSO) based in Tigray, Ethiopia, for the joint task of working on an emergency relief support project intended to be conducted in Atsbi Dera district

Major activities:

The key activities that the project partner is required to work together with HOPE International Development Agency are:

Target identification and selection in close collaboration with the local government stakeholders and targets themselves;
Provide adequate orientation of the emergency relief support for targets and local stakeholders;
Purchase emergency relief support items and supplementary nutritious foods maintaining the required financial processes and procedures;
Distribution of the emergency relief supports to eligible and highly vulnerable targets, including women, children, persons with disabilities, and the elderly;
Conduct assessment of changes (follow-up and monitoring the status of targets after the distribution of emergency relief supports);
Reporting (prepare financial and physical reports by the end of the project).

Job Requirements

Required application documents:

One-page expression of interest detailing prior experience in emergency relief activities;
Establishment license;
Letter of support from the local admin /stakeholders;
Links (website or social media) demonstrating presence in Tigray region;
The CSO must be based in Tigray Region, Ethiopia.
