Ahadukes Food Product S.C. is a manufacturing company primarily engaged in food products, Biscuits and Pasta in Bishoftu town of Oromia state. It is a joint investment between Ahadu P.L.C & UK based Vasari investment Group. We hence, invite qualified applicants for the following vacant position.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate the maximum revenue through increasing sales in the respective territory.
• Increasing cost efficiency through constantly reducing the operational selling expenses.
• Ensuring effective execution of sales policy are as per the standards determined.
• Establish a strong customer base through creating and maintaining strong business relationship.

DELIVERABLES

• Achievement of the planned target sales
• Achievement on the target sales mix of SKUs
• Continual growth on cost efficiency of total sales activities.
• Perfect execution of sales strategies and policies.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience: Second degree in Business related fields; and 4 years work experience; out of which 2 years on the same position or First degree in Business related fields; and 6 years work experience out of which 3 years on the same position.

It is preferable to have experience in FMCG Company.
