Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the sales and marketing strategy for the pre-opening and operational phases of the premium serviced-apartment and hotel-apartment business. The role focuses on revenue generation, brand positioning, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Identify and secure corporate clients, travel agencies, and long-stay customers
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Manage social media platforms and online presence
- Coordinate promotional activities and brand positioning
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Adjust strategies based on market trends
Pre-Opening Activities
- Support branding and launch campaigns
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure service-market alignment
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is highly preferred
- Proven track record in revenue growth and client acquisition
