Sales Representative – FMCG 100 views

Sales Representative:

– As a Sales Representative or ‘Rep.’, it would be your job to sell your company’s products or services.

– You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.

– The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling products, and achieving sales targets.

– The Sales Representative will also handle product presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service.

– Bachelor’s degree in any field of studies, graduated in 2021 and onwards.

– At least one year experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role in  FMCG companies.

– Willingness to work flexible hours.

– Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

– Ability to work well independently in a team environment.
