Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, driving conceptualization, space planning, and detailed construction documentation.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, present design proposals, and manage expectations.
- Coordinate with structural, Mechanical Electrical, Plumping and civil engineering consultants, as well as contractors during construction administration.
- Leads architectural project teams from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Ensures regulatory and building code compliance
- Conduct site visits, review Request for Information, submittals, and shop drawings, and issue field observation reports.
- Modify existing drawings based on redlines, field measurements, engineer feedback, or client request changes
About You
Minimum Qualification
- BA in Architecture
- Registered Architect (RA) / Licensed Architect license is a plus
Work Experience
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience.
- Experience in real estate sector and high rise apartments is advantageous
Essential Skills
- Expert level skills in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Micro Station) and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong leadership, delegation, and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities during construction phases.
- Quick identification of design clashes or structural inconsistencies prior to site execution.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
