We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to help our company find and retain excellent talent. You will be entrusted with building a strong employment brand, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team. To excel as Senior Human Resource Manager, you are required to review, plan, and provide general direction on employee relations programs and activities as well as an adequate review of company rules, regulations, and code of conduct and ensure the implementation of employee training and development programs.

General Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager:

  • Design, Approve and implement various company policies that promote a healthy work environment and departmental growth;
  • Develop strategic compensation and benefits plans and policies;
  • Regularly organize programs for learning, development programs, and interdepartmental interaction;
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner;
  • Address complaints and resolve them by implementing the innovative solution as per the legal and organizational policy and procedure;
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers;
  • Oversee HR metrics and document the observations for future policy-making reference.
  • Evaluate the performance of the organization’s employees and give constructive feedback.
  • Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • MBA and /or BA in Human Resource and Management, Administration, and related social fields. 3+ years  for MBA , and above 5 years for BA with direct and proven experience in Human Resource, Capacity Building, Staff Retention and Training and Development.
  • Proven experience in human resource management
  • Experience in full-cycle retention, training and development, and capacity building
  • Understanding of all HR methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized
  • A leader and strategic thinker
