Droga Kality Antiseptics and Disinfectant Manufacturing Project is looking for a qualified and reliable Storekeeper to join our Warehouse / Project Logistics team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted project execution while maintaining accurate inventory records and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Inspect quantity, specifications, and condition of incoming materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records including bin cards and ERP systems
• Ensure proper storage conditions and apply FIFO/FEFO principles
• Issue materials based on approved material requisitions
• Prepare inventory reports and support internal and external audits
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, finance, and other project teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, HSE, GMP, and regulatory requirements

Working Conditions

• Site-based role
• May require extended working hours depending on project demands
• Exposure to warehouse and construction environments

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory accuracy
• Stock variance control
• Material availability aligned with project schedule
• Compliance with HSE and GMP standards
• Timeliness and accuracy of reporting

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in storekeeping or warehouse management
• Experience in project-based or manufacturing environments is preferred
• ERP system knowledge (such as Odoo) is an added advantage
