About the Job
- Identify and approach prospective customers and investors.
- Promote and market the company’s residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct field visits and arrange property viewings for interested clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and potential transactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding available properties, prices, payment terms, and sales procedures.
About You
About You
- BA/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer orientation, initiative, and commitment to results.
