Job Summary: She/he is responsible for capturing high-quality visual footage that accurately represents events, activities, and organizational content. S/he oversees the full process of video production, from planning and shooting to coordinating the final output. This role involves conceptualizing video content, selecting appropriate equipment, directing scenes, and capturing both video and audio elements in a cohesive manner. The videographer ensures that the footage aligns with the intended message, branding, and communication goals of the organization. In addition, they may collaborate with editors and other team members to ensure that the final product is engaging, informative, and suitable for its intended platform.S/he is responsible for transforming raw footage into a polished and compelling final product. This involves selecting the best clips, arranging sequences, adding transitions, sound, music, graphics, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality and storytelling. The editor ensures that the final video is clear, engaging, and aligned with the organization’s objectives and brand identity.

S/he works closely with the production team and the marketing team to follow the planned shot list or creative direction, while also adapting to real-time situations to capture important moments effectively.

Main Duties: · Proficiency in photography, videography and editing (using software e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)

• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Qualification:

• Attention to detail, technical proficiency, and an understanding of visual storytelling are essential to ensure that all recorded footage meets professional standards.

Experience:

• Certificate 5 years for degree 4 years and two years experience.
