Ries Engineering Share Company invites qualified applicants to apply for the following positions:
Main Duties
- Organize, direct, coordinate and supervise the overall operations of the Company
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Prepare annual work plan based on the capacity of Machine & Spare Parts sales and after sales services
- Prepare and submit monthly performance and activity reports to RESCO’s Top Management as requested

Job Requirements
Educational and Qualification
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in multiple marketing survey.
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional foreign language will be an advantage
- High level of communication, leadership and motivational skills
- Self-starter and management capabilities
- Ability to organize and to supervise sales and maintenance operations
- Ability to keep abreast with new development in the product lines of the Company
- 2nd grade driving license with good driving experience
- Computer literate
