About You
Job Requirements
- Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in hospitality or tourism management.
- Previous work experience as a Barman.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
- Hands-on experience in serving alcoholic beverages and bar equipments
- Basic knowledge and skills of cocktails and coffee preparation
- To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- To prepare and serve beverages according to the standard required.
- To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- COC Certification is mandatory.
