Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to handle customer transactions, provide excellent customer service, and support daily café operations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment

Key Responsibilities (10 Duties)

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Process cash, card, and mobile payments.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding customer orders.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining café cleanliness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cashier in a café, restaurant, or retail business.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic mathematics and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
