Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Café Chef to prepare high-quality food, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality business

Key Responsibilities (10 Duties)

• Prepare and cook café menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Monitor food inventory and report shortages.
• Store food items properly and safely.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in menu planning and food costing.
• Minimize food waste and control kitchen expenses.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Perform opening and closing kitchen duties.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate/Diploma in Food Preparation, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
