Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, recording information accurately, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

 

About You

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
