About You
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Certificate in Food Preparation, Hotel Operation, and related fields.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Chef de Partie at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Supervisory experience
- Having a COC certification is an advantage
- Excellent command of English & interpersonal skills
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently, and punctual
- Excellent menu planning, cost control, and recipe preparation ability
- Proactive, innovative, and customer-focused
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
