Duties and responsibilities
- Contribute in the implementation of coffee sales and marketing strategies
- Organize and attend sales & marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses;
- Managing and retaining relationships with new and existing coffee clients
- Having in-depth knowledge on coffee sector
- Negotiating with coffee clients
- Actively respond to client emails
- Prepare Coffee proforma invoice
- Knowledge on coffee export documentation
- Searching for coffee market internationally and locally
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Update client information in the company contact database;
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Coordinate sales effort with coffee department and other departments, research and generate or follow through sales leads;
- Prepare and present weekly reports
- Performs other duties assigned by Managing Director, as required;

Job Requirements
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration, or related field/MBA
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the coffee export sector
- Experience in digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
