Job summary:
The main purpose of this role is to manage the overall customer service operation and be the main point of contact with cross-functional interaction between sales, production, finance, warehouse and partners.

Functional Capability
· Ensure safe and efficient management of logistics operations
· Optimize the planning process of supply and demand within the organization.
· Make sure that sales order processing procedure is followed properly while treating partners orders
· Make sure sales discounts and/or trade promotions are done as per approved schemes
· Strictly ensure sales orders invoicing are done within the customer credit limit or with equivalent cash deposit
· Record booked, pending, and invoiced orders accurately and report the same, daily to sales and logistics team for each company.
Top Accountabilities
· Ensure great business partnership in place in order to manage relationship with all distributors, Supply chain, and Finance in order to achieve Business goals
· Customer service management of all partners and manage the end to end order
· Drive continuous improvement within all logistics operations
· Ensure that all logistics budgets are delivered to achieve key final targets
· Maintain excellent infernal relationship between all internal and external customers
· Receive and stock all finished goods / return damage and manage trade returns from customer
· Record and Resolve customer complaints according to the approved procedure, and prepare monthly customer
· Ensure dynamic process improvement in place to support logistics and capacity constraints.
· Ensure Product availability through working with Production Managers and the Sales and Marketing.
· Ensure accurate Sales Reporting on a daily basis and guide the production on the SKU requirement from trade.
· Work with the distribution to optimize the logistical functions.
Job Requirements
Required Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years experience preferably in the FMCG environment.
Key competencies,
- Demonstrate a successful track record in terms of market share capture, market penetration, brand building, customer service and satisfaction, and volume growth.
- Managed sizable terms of direct reports within a fast-moving distribution environment.
- Proven people management skills including exposure to disciplinary process
- Though understanding and experience of implementing and sustaining stock management systems
- Knowledge and experience of planning effective vehicle movements
- Demonstrates great track record for influencing internal and external customers, experience working alongside sales team preferable
- Exposure and accountability for budget control
- High levels of numeracy with competence in excel
