Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and representing the Solveit brand with enthusiasm.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by identifying customer needs and pitching relevant tech solutions.
  • Maintain clear, active, and professional communication across various channels (phone, email, and chat).
About You

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing (or a related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Traits: Highly active, energetic, and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech Savviness: Previous experience or a strong familiarity with the IT/Tech industry is a major plus!
