Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and representing the Solveit brand with enthusiasm.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by identifying customer needs and pitching relevant tech solutions.
- Maintain clear, active, and professional communication across various channels (phone, email, and chat).
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing (or a related field).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
- Traits: Highly active, energetic, and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savviness: Previous experience or a strong familiarity with the IT/Tech industry is a major plus!
