About You
Educational Background
- Diploma/TVET in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in construction/engineering projects,
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site supervision.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP)
- Knowledge of construction methods for high-rise buildings (formwork systems, scaffolding, concrete pouring)
- Site supervision and labor management – assigning tasks, monitoring productivity
- Quality control – checking workmanship against specifications and standards
