About You
Educational Background
- BSC Degree Civil Engineering or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 3/5 years of Relevant experience
Technical Skill
- Cost estimation and budgeting – preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and cost plans
- Quantity take-off – accurate measurement from drawings (manual and software)
- BOQ preparation – bill of quantities for all trades (civil, structural, finishing, MEP)
- Tender documentation – preparing and evaluating tenders, contracts
- Interim payment certificates – valuing work done and certifying payments
- Claims and final accounts – preparing and settling project accounts
- Software proficiency: AutoCAD ,MS Excel (advanced – formulas, pivot tables)
