About You
Educational Background
- BSC Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction/project management.
Technical Skills
- Project planning and scheduling – using MS Project
- Construction methodology – deep understanding of high-rise construction sequence
- Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
- Health, safety, and environment (HSE) – risk assessments, safety plans
- Cost management – working with QS on budgets and payments
- Stakeholder coordination – client, consultant, subcontractors, authorities
- Software proficiency: AutoCAD (2D/3D),MS Project
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ETABS / SAP2000 / SAFE (structural analysis – advantage)
- Contract administration – FIDIC, claims, extensions of time
