At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc. is seeking a qualified Professionals with expertise to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and executive team to formulate and implement strategic plans, business expansion initiatives, and operational improvements. Provide insightful guidance and contribute to the long-term vision of the organization.
  • Lead the business development efforts of the organization by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and participating in client presentations and negotiations. Contribute to the development of winning proposals and strategies to secure new projects and contracts.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Act as a trusted advisor, seeking opportunities for additional services and projects, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. Foster professional growth and development, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs to enhance the capabilities of the team.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and cost control. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize profitability and financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implement appropriate policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the consulting, architecture, or engineering industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster innovation, and drive positive change.
  • Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
