The overall objective of the payroll firm will be engaged to conduct the calculation of monthly payroll payment, pension, provident fund, and preparation of the monthly pension & payroll tax return for the Client, beginning in the month of February 2021.
The payroll firm should have the following qualifications and experience to carry out the assignment:
- Company/Firm/Business registration certificate with AABE and other applicable government registering office
- Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Renewed Trade License for 2012 E.C.
- Tax Clearance Certificate for 2012 E.C
N.B. Any banking industry that has a valid license to carry out all the above listed payroll service can submit their proposal
How to Apply
Interested firms can collect the Terms of Reference from Procurement department during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 AM in the morning and 2:00PM to 4:00 PM in the afternoon). Applicant shall submit the technical and financial proposal in sealed envelope in person in 10 working days from the announcement date. From January 18 – January 29-2021 before 11:00 AM. Bid opening session will be held on the same date January,29, 2021at 11:30 AM, (05:30 local time). in HFHE Country office in the presence of bidders or bidder’s legal representatives who wish to attend. Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.
