About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Officer to support our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in marketing and grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Support social media management and content creation
- Help in conducting market research and analyzing trends
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and events
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
About You
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (or recent graduate)
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
Nice To Have:
- Internship or project experience in marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with social media tools and digital marketing basics
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, etc.) is an advantage
