About the Job
- The Marketing Research and Development Division reports to Corporate Marketing and Sales department and performs the following activities:
- Formulates and implements the marketing research policies, practices and procedures.
- Identifies and determines the scope of marketing research needs, including secondary research and research design/implementation.
- Strongly works for the identification of potential markets and export destinations.
- Consults the top managers and business unit managers about new customer requirements and objectives.
- Researches the different factors (internal and external) that influence the company’s sales performances.
- Conducts customer satisfaction surveys & presents the findings and recommendations to the management.
- Generates periodic reports & presents to the Corporate Marketing and Development Director.
- Develops ideas for promotional marketing campaigns.
- Formulates and implements all market promotion and communication policies, practices and procedures.
- Supervises advertising, sales promotion, public relations and personal selling activities.
- Plans advertising and other promotional campaigns.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required by Corporate Marketing and sales Department and other top level managers of the company.
About You
- 6/8 years of relevant Experience with at least 3/4 years of experience in managerial positions in marketing and Sales
- Degree MA/ MBA or BA in Business and related studies
- Work experience in sales in the paint industry is Preferable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Additionally, familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the paint sector or the FMCG
