Job Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll wear multiple hats – a strategic marketer, a savvy business developer, and a champion for our firm’s expertise. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing targeted campaigns, nurturing strategic partnerships, and propelling our brand forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our reach, attract ideal clients, and diversify our service offerings. Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and create content that showcases our thought leadership.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners. Collaborate on project-based initiatives and draft partnership agreements to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure them. Contribute to proposals and presentations, ensuring compelling pitches that drive sales success.
  • Foster open communication with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, consultants, and clients.
  • Adhere to organizational core values, policies, work rules, and procedures in daily activities.
  • Handle any other activities as required by the Division Director.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in a marketing or business development role is a must.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive marketing materials and deliver impactful presentations.
  • A team player with a knack for building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • A proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
