Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing professional reception services and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
  • Provide information and support to customers.
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with different departments as required.
About You

Required Qualification

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Secretarial Science, Clerical Studies, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

General Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
