Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing professional reception services and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
- Provide information and support to customers.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with different departments as required.
Required Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Secretarial Science, Clerical Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
