About the Job
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Manage and train restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Control inventory, ordering, and cost management
- Prepare staff schedules
- Work with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality
- Room Service and on occasions VIP service in other areas of the hotel for our esteemed guests
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
About You
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Multi Lingual is a major advantage
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
