Description:-  Right-of-way (ROWacquisition describes the taking of land from its original owner by another party that has a legal right to take the real property and that provides monetary compensation for the value of the property

Expected Start Date: Immediately after concluding the Recruitment Process.

1. Major Responsibilities

·         Collect government permit package for Acquisition of ROW, work out related plans and solutions.

·         Track the progress and summarize the information to ensure Acquisition of ROW’s progress follow the plan.

·         Assist outsourcing team to acquire and evaluate outsourcing resources, confirm SOW, Responsibility Matrix, outsourcing items, and purchase of ROW acquisition services;

·         ROW Acquisition team management and subcontractors management;

·         Review and evaluate ROW Acquisition report, responsible for ROW availability.

·         Organize customer and owner to sign rental contract.

·         Perform budgeting of Acquisition of ROW and cost control.

·         Provides general administration of the organization including establishing and tracking organizational goals and objectives; analyzes organizational activities and prepares reports; develops and monitors the budget; and perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

·        Job Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business administration, engineering, real estate, or a related field

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably telecommunication area, or other demonstrated site acquisition, contracting, leasing, documentation process and administration experiences and one year of progressively responsible in real estate and/or property acquisition is a plus.

·         Knowledge of policies and practices; relevant to federal state, and local laws; principles of budgeting, cost monitoring, regarding row acquisition process.

·         Knowledge of policies and procedures related to procurement, contract administration, and other business activities; related to Metropolitan organizations; and Metropolitan facilities and operations.

·         Preparation of real estate documents arm appraisals, negotiations to acquire real property, property right and litigation support for condemnation.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer/reporting skills, and other database/project management tracking tools.

·         Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision.

·         Highly motivated “self-starter” able to work under aggressive project schedules
