Job Summary:

Kavod Commercial invites applications for the role of Senior Sales Representative — Real Estate Specialist within its Commercial & Growth Division. This senior-level role is responsible for managing and closing real estate sales transactions, handling high-value clients, and driving revenue growth through disciplined, results-oriented sales execution.

The position is designed for experienced real estate sales professionals with practical market knowledge, a verified performance history, and the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and close real estate sales transactions across Kavod Commercial developments
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities, from prospect engagement through contract execution
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits with buyers and investors
  • Advise clients on property options, pricing, and transaction processes
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies and market conditions
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client records
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the real estate sector
  • Generate own leads and follow up on company generated leads from marketing and tele sales teams.

Sales representatives receive structured lead support through Kavod Commercial’s digital marketing and telemarketing units, enabling focused execution of direct sales activities.

About You

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on real estate sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
