Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Training Manager.
Required qualifications:
- BA degree in management, business Administration, hotel management and related fields.
- Minimum of five years’ work experience as a Training Manager in four- or five-star hotels.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Competencies required:
- Efficient communicator and highly organised
- Attention to detail and a self-starter
- Able to work under pressure
- Reliable and can meet deadlines
- Good team player
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
