Job Summary

A warehouse manager should be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, manage people, processes and systems in order to ensure goods service delivering, received products and day to day follow the inventory statues appropriately. Ensure the warehouse operation efficiently manner with customer satisfaction being the primary goal.Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning, supervising, organizing, directing, monitoring and managing the day-to-day warehouse operation and training warehouse employees to meet organizational goals
• Develop and implement the warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes of loading and unloading
• Actively participate in the recruitment and hiring process of warehouse staff.
•  Ensure the company’s physical assets (equipment, inventory, etc.) are properly controlled, maintained, protected and utilized.
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple functions in the warehouse
• Track the outstanding inventory levels and order finished item and identify fast moving items in a timely manner
• Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs, ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained and communicate and collaborate with other team members
• Track expenses related to fuel, maintenance and service of the organization trucks.
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning the space requirements, equipment layout and handle loading and unloading activity to ensuring to reach at the top level of working quality and customer service standards.
•  Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing the policies and SoPs by complying with legal rules and regulations

Qualification

• MA/BA Degree in Supply Chain Management or business-related disciplines from recognized university

Work Experience

• 4+ years for MA degree and 6+ years for BA degree of warehouse management experience.

• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Proficient computer skills and Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
