Job Description
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Enforce implementation of HSE Policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and third parties on site
- Enforce safety corrective actions as a result of site inspections, investigations, or compliance requirements
- Intervene in any unsafe activities or operations and take immediate action to correct the unsafe conditions, performance, or actions
- Provide safety training to employees and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Prepare and provide site HSE reports, as required by Yegna site management.
- Review and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure safety is integrated into all construction activities.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related fields
- 6 years or more in Real Estate Construction and high-rise building Projects
- In-depth understanding of construction management principles
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management, project budgeting, resource management, and project scheduling skills
