Abay Logistics PLC aspires to become Ethiopia’s preferred 3rd Party Logistics company by applying insights and delivering technologically innovative outcomes. We want to create sustainable growth for all businesses and society at large.
Currently the company has started operation in Customs Clearance and (Transit), Customs storge & Bonded ware house services. In the near future, we will engage in Freight forwarding, Shipping Agency, Digital Platforms, Consultancy and training after completion of all legal requirements which are under process now.
Our company currently want to employ very competitive and energetic staffs on the following vacant positions to start its operation;
Specific Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Handle all office management activities
- Follows-up on going issues and assignments.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Makes /arranges schedules appointments for the Chief Executive
- Welcomes and handle gusts.
- Acts as a receptionist for the office
- Perform General service functions
Term of employment—Permanent
Job Requirements
Education:
- BA degree in office Management & Secretariat science or Management
Experience
- Six years of experience in office management and secretarial service.
Competence
- Good communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Teamworking skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills.
- Assertiveness.
- Flexibility.
- Tact, discretion and diplomacy
