- Lead and manage the Human Capital (HC) and General Service (GS) teams, ensuring effective execution of all HR and administrative functions.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Handle employee complaints, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs, design programs, and ensure workforce skill enhancement.
- Monitor and streamline leave policies, attendance tracking, and compliance.
- Manage facility operations, security, transportation, and other administrative services.
- Support HR and operational aspects of company growth initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR and general service experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
