Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for performing a wide range of daily HR operational and administrative tasks. This role is a key contributor to the smooth functioning of the HR department, handling employee documentation, processing HR requests, and providing frontline support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monthly payroll preparation by gathering and verifying attendance and overtime data.
- Ensure the integrity of employee data by maintaining and updating all records in physical files and the HRIS with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure a positive day-one experience by assisting with a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new hires.
- Process employees leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Ensure all HR forms and documents are correctly filled and filed.
- Help organize HR-related events or meetings.
- Support HR decision-making by generating accurate and timely HR reports (e.g., headcount, leave) from the system as requested.
- Adhere to all HR policies and labor law requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
- MA/BA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Business Management.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with an MA, or 4 years with a BA, as an HR Operations Officer or HR administration expert, preferably in an FMCG or high-volume industry.
Skills:
- HR Administration and Record-Keeping.
- Familiarity with Payroll and Benefits Processes.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail.
