Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for performing a wide range of daily HR operational and administrative tasks. This role is a key contributor to the smooth functioning of the HR department, handling employee documentation, processing HR requests, and providing frontline support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the monthly payroll preparation by gathering and verifying attendance and overtime data.
  2. Ensure the integrity of employee data by maintaining and updating all records in physical files and the HRIS with a high degree of accuracy.
  3. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
  4. Ensure a positive day-one experience by assisting with a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new hires.
  5. Process employees leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
  6. Respond to basic employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
  7. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  8. Ensure all HR forms and documents are correctly filled and filed.
  9. Help organize HR-related events or meetings.
  10. Support HR decision-making by generating accurate and timely HR reports (e.g., headcount, leave) from the system as requested.
  11. Adhere to all HR policies and labor law requirements.
  12. Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information.
  13. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  14. Perform other related duties as required.
About You

Qualifications:

Education:

  • MA/BA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Business Management.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with an MA, or 4 years with a BA, as an HR Operations Officer or HR administration expert, preferably in an FMCG or high-volume industry.

Skills:

  • HR Administration and Record-Keeping.
  • Familiarity with Payroll and Benefits Processes.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail.
