Job Summary

The Human Resource & Property Administration Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all human resource and property administration activities of the company. The role ensures efficient workforce management, proper utilization and safeguarding of company properties, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Plan, organize, and oversee recruitment, selection, placement, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety, and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Advise management on organizational development and manpower planning.

Property Administration & Logistic

  • Manage and control company assets, tools, machinery, office furniture, and equipment.
  • Supervise storekeeping and inventory management activities.
  • Ensure proper recording, coding, and tracking of fixed assets.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of company properties and facilities.
  • Conduct periodic inventory and asset verification.
  • Monitor proper utilization and safeguarding of company resources.
  • Coordinate disposal procedures for obsolete or damaged properties according to company policy.
  • Manage and facilitate the overall logistic operation of the company
About You

Required Qualifications

  • BA Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction finishing, or furniture production industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR practices.
  • Experience in property administration and asset management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.
