Position: HVAC Technician
About You
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma, Level IV qualification, or equivalent technical training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience; hotel experience is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, compressors, motors, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
- Time management and customer service
- Teamwork and professional conduct
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
