The function of the Role
The Partnership and Growth Lead will be responsible for developing innovative ways to grow and expand the company’s impact. S/he will also focus on securing funding and partnerships required to bolster operations and deliver more impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow government relations in new markets
- Develop market-level strategies to support the growth of the business
- Execute partnerships with public sector partners across the market
- Pursue/create partnerships with public institutions, bilateral, and multilateral partners.
Grants and Biz dev activities with multilateral and bilateral partners.
- Network effectively and develop strong professional relationships with contacts in donor agencies
- Develop business proposals, and organize execution for strategic patient capital
- Secure bilateral and multilateral partnerships including fund to increase impact through LifeBank’s innovative solutions
- Develop and execute partnerships strategies for key company’s products
- Work directly with the global CEO to define, prioritize and pursue new partnership opportunities
Innovation Management
- Work to scale LifeBank’s innovations across all markets
- Create and drive the company’s growth strategy
- Develop a roadmap to sustain and grow the company’s impact and revenue over time
- Oversee and enact LifeBank’s corporate sustainability strategy
- Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize growth opportunities
- Ensures all new product development activities are prioritized to deliver value and impact
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Global CEO
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in the office
- Required to work overtime, on weekends, and travel if necessary
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- MSC in
- Marketing and sales
- Health-related courses
- Business Administration
Experience
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in the medical, impact or logistics industry particularly in the public sector
- Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment with competing demands on time and resources
- Experience with non-governmental agencies in the development sector
Skills and Abilities
- Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
- High level of professionalism
- Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
