National Project Coordinator for SRF Project 54 views

The program is implemented with well-known international and local partners

ENAB will implement SRF project since February/2023. Our association wants to hire qualified person in the capacity of project coordinator for SRF project.

Activities required:

• Develop project implementation plan and schedule
• Coordinate and organize training, meetings, workshops, and advocacy works
• Develop progress report on timely basis and submit to the concerned party
• Conduct Monitoring and Evaluation of the project
• Organize Project management documents such as project plan, budget, schedule scope statement, etc.
• Organize trainings and awareness raising in communities, for activists and organizations on the rights of persons with disabilities and disability rights
• Facilitate and participate in relevant networks
• Deal with education sector stakeholders for effective implementation of inclusive education
• Deal with stake holders working on human rights to advocate for the rights of persons with disability
• Facilitate and participate on online meetings conducted by donors on regular basis
• Develop best practices and submit them with regular reports
• Participate in experience sharing plat forms organized by partners or other relevant parties
• Participating in activities targeting capacity building and organizational strengthening of ENAB
• Doing other tasks required to achieve the mission and vision of the organization.

• Minimum of BA degree in Sociology, Social Work, Project Management or related field of study
• Cumulative GPA 3.25 or above for Women or Person with Disability, 3.5 or above for Men
• For those who have work Experience of 2 years and above Cumulative GPA 3.00 or above for Women or persons with Disability, 3.25 or above for Men
