Job Purpose

·       Quickly understand our market, customer segments, and mission to formulate an effective marketing message.

·       Strong written and spoken English is a must.  Experience in an environment where local and international clients are served, is an advantage.

·       Develop a better understanding of our current sales practices to identify gaps in existing sales practices

·       Learn the current reporting mechanisms, identify any gaps and propose new ways of working as well as sales projections etc…

·       In collaboration with line manager develop and establish sales objectives, targets, sales structure and reporting systems

·       Increase our current sales volume by tracking key performance indicators

• Must have experience in similar roles
• Must have experience of developing and implementing sales strategies
• A can do approach
• Must have an excellent level of English and Amharic, both spoken and written
• Must have experience in doing research using multiple sources
• Must be confident in using Microsoft Office
• Must be willing and able to take the initiative
• Must be open to learning and versatile
