Job Summary : – We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager with a strong passion for vehicle to lead and drive the success of our sales department. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the sales team, setting targets, conducting market research, determining product selling prices, and ensuring the overall growth of the department. Your exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in the automotive industry, will be instrumental in motivating and guiding your team to achieve outstanding results. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Auto Mechanics and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the same sector, including more than four years in a management position, you will bring valuable expertise to this key leadership role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, fostering a positive and high-performing sales culture.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Determine product selling prices based on market trends, competitive positioning, and profit objectives.
  • Take ownership of the department’s success or failure, implementing corrective measures when necessary to drive performance improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and promote members of the sales team, ensuring their continuous professional development.
  • Set ambitious sales targets for the team, providing clear direction and support to achieve them.
  • Develop and implement a performance management system to evaluate and optimize individual and team performance.
  • Oversee product orders and inventory management, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient logistics.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with key decision-makers in different companies and organizations to secure business opportunities.
  • Represent our products at major events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to showcase our brand and build valuable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and departmental accomplishments to senior management.
About You

Qualification

  • Bsc/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Auto Mechanics is required.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly with reputable Vehicle brands.
  • More than 4 years of experience in a management position, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting and implementing sales targets and performance management systems.

Skills :-

  • In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques to inform strategic decision-making
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities to interact with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with product ordering processes and logistics management.
